Our Kitchen Aid refrigerator temperature began rising and the freezer was remaining at the same temperature. I put my cold goods in a cooler and called Appliance Care of Atlanta. They were able to take a tentative service call for the same evening. I called ACA because of the excellent service I received from Alex on a problem with the pump in my diswasher a few years earlier. James G. did the repair on our refrigerator. James was both professional and competant. He repaired the freezer by replacing the thermostat after he performed troubleshooting to identifiy the failed component.
