Alex was my technician. He was prompt keeping his 15 minute arrival time. He was warm, friendly, efficient and excellently completed reversing my washer door as requested. I’m in a wheelchair and he went above and beyond helping me into my wheelchair as I needed…an extra appreciated step for me! I hopefully won’t need further appliance repairs but if I do I will not hesitate to call Appliance Care of Atlanta and specifically ask for Alex
