Had James come over to my house to work on my Electrolux washer. He checked it out and explained what the issue was, quoted the parts and their labor rate (all in one rate) They require a small deposit to lock the job in then you make an appointment on a different day (because they have to order the part) for James to come back to fix the machine. I had to call him to remind him we were expecting him on a certain day but other than he made it happened, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Also, booking the initial appointment was really easy. Thank you!
