I was in need of an urgent repair of my LG dishwasher which was over 8 years old. I was afraid of long wait times and high cost. I was able to get an appointment the very next day and with a fixed price for the visit. Paul arrived on time and was very professional, ask several questions and began his work. The problem was a bad computer logic board and it had to be replaced. I agreed and within 3 days the board was installed by Paul. I have never met an installer/repair technician like Paul. He was professional, knew what he was doing, found the issue quickly and was able to order a new part with an arrival/install date before be left. I can recommend Paul very highly as he is a 5 star technician.

Peter M. just serviced our Samsung clothes dryer, and its running like new. Peter was pleasant, professional, and we were very pleased with this service.

Sergey called to say he was five minutes away. He was there in five minutes which I felt was an excellent start. He is very professional and courteous and diagnosed the problem right away. I felt there was a leak from an overfilled drip pan and he told me it was probably a crack in the tubing that was causing the leak. He confirmed that there was indeed cracks, replaced the leaking water valve. He kept me updated as to what he was doing and told me the cost. I agreed for him to proceed with the repairs. I was very pleased with how efficiently he worked. I highly recommend him for his work.

My washing machine broke at lunch and Appliance Repair of Atlanta immediately scheduled me for repair by the afternoon. Alex, my service technician was superb at diagnosing what was wrong with my washer and went right to work. A broken unit was replaced and has been working great since then. The repair was also at a very reasonable cost.

I am totally awe stricken and impressed. I have a GE Profile electric ceramic cooktop that had one crack in it. As elements failed, other companies had stated that nothing could be done and offered various reasons. But!!! Sergey came by to service the cooktop and Wow! he took a look, took out his handheld device and said that he could get a replacement part which I didn't believe as I've spent more than a year all over the internet trying to locate. He ordered the parts, scheduled repair and Voila!! On visit #2, he appeared promptly, took out his tools, and professionally/diligently removed old parts and replaced with new parts and my ceramic GE cooktop looks and performs as the previous one did when my house was brand new. This tech is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant to be around and seems to love his job. i've already made some referrals.

We had Ruslan Shvets from Appliance Care come fix our 20 year old KitchenAid on Monday. He was absolutely fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond when I called for questions and was able to fix our refrigerator neatly, quickly and also had great tricks of the trade tips to keep our old fridge in good running condition. VERY courteous repairman who explained the issue and my options in a very clear manner. Repair was completed in less than 1 hour and I am a VERY satisfied customer!

Our ice maker wasn’t working, and we called Appliance Care of Atlanta on Friday. Alex came today (Monday) and easily found the problem and took care of it. There was also a water leak that was damaging the wood floor underneath and he found the leak in the water line hose. Our Samsung dryer stopped producing heat yesterday. Appliance Care of Atlanta dispatched a tech first thing this morning. Technician Alex arrived on time and looked clean and professional. He definitely knew his way around our particular appliance as he had the whole dryer apart in under 10 minutes. He was able to diagnose a faulty heating element within 15 minutes of his arrival. He had the part on hand and completed the repair in about an hour. He also helped to clean all the lint that was caked inside the dryer unit (most likely due to its terrible lint catch design). The repair cost was a little more than I was hoping to have to pay but at the end of the day my dryer is fixed! I highly recommend this company!

My other appliance repair guy cancelled on me and I needed my dryer up and running ASAP. I wasn’t feeling well so couldn’t talk, only text, and Ruben was kind enough to arrange a tech to come out via text exactly when I needed one, What service! Our technician was James. He was very kind to explain what was wrong with our icemaker and order a necessary part. The part was not available until a Saturday and he still came out and did the repair and worked until about 9pm on a Saturday evening. We are very pleased with the service.

The compressor on my refrigerator failed on a friday afternoon. Called ACA to schedule a service call . I was told nothing was available for Saturday but if one opened up they would call me back. A short time later they called to inform me that they could schedule a service call on Saturday. Next day James arrived on time. Tested the refrigerator and said it needed a new compressor. As the old compressor was still under warranty I would have to co-ordinate the ordering with the manufacturer. After spending hours on the phone and with the help of Elena at ACA we finally got all the paperwork filled out and approved. The compressor arrived on Wednesday and James arrived that afternoon and completed the installation. It was a pleasure working with James and Elena. The service was first class. James was professional, knowledgeable and made sure that everything was working before he left. I would highly recommend ACA for any appliance repairs.

The repairman came out the very next day. Assessed the problem. (My dryer had stopped tumbling.). Gave me an estimate. Told me he would be back with the part needed to fix the dryer. He did come back later and now the dryer is working like before. Excellent service. The repairman was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.

I called them about a noisy dryer. The appointment was scheduled very quickly (within 24 hours of my call). Russell, the technician, arrived within the scheduled window and also called 30 minutes before so I knew when to expect him. He explained clearly what was causing the problem and what the cost would be to fix it. He waited patiently while I got my husband on the phone to discuss as the repair was going to be several hundred dollars. After the repair, he showed me the cleaned product and explained (again) what he had done and why. In addition, he verified that the dryer was working properly before he left. (He had me start it and I turned it off again very quickly after verifying the noise was gone. He opened it up and checked to see if it was warm inside. It wasn't yet, so he ran it a little longer to ensure that everything really was working correctly.) All told, a very positive experience.

Appliance Care of Atlanta showed itself to be a very good company that honestly wants to do what it says--provide competent appliance repair promptly and at a reasonable cost. Appliance Care of Atlanta is the BEST. We had a great experience with James G as our technician. Very professional, prompt and knowledgable. He fixed both our dryer and refrigerator. The dryer took 2 trips, but when he trouble shot the continuing problem on the second trip, he hit the nail on the head. Our vent was terribly clogged and he was able to blow out the clog without us having to call a vent cleaning company. I will definitely use Appliance Care of Atlanta again and recommend them enthusiastically.

I called last night at 8:00 with a problem with my freezer, I was given an appointment the very next morning. The technician called during the window to let me know he was on his way and was here on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and fixed it in no time! Had James come over to my house to work on my Electrolux washer. He checked it out and explained what the issue was, quoted the parts and their labor rate (all in one rate) They require a small deposit to lock the job in then you make an appointment on a different day (because they have to order the part) for James to come back to fix the machine. I had to call him to remind him we were expecting him on a certain day but other than he made it happened, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Also, booking the initial appointment was really easy. Thank you!

Orest arrived at my house at 3:00 as promised to repair my non-working refrigerator. Orest is very professional, polite and friendly. After Orest checked the refrigerator, he explained to me what was wrong and what he was going to do. He explained everything in detail so I would understand. He worked in a timely manner and all the parts he needed to repair my refrigerator were on his truck. That is important. I have a working refrigerator now. We had a leaking refrigerator after we returned from vacation. Not really sure who to call we found this odd jobs service on the web and gave it a chance. We were very happy with the service call. Orest was sent out promptly, we received a text that he was on the way, and he came on time, and the job was done in under an hour. It was a $350 repair which is a lot, but it is in line with what other people I know have paid for appliance repair and he was polite, prompt, and didn't leave a mess which is a huge bonus. We will use them again for other handyman issues. Orest is an appliance specialist so he gets sent out for those service calls, another person does carpentry, another does electric. I like the idea of one stop shopping and it being easy for once.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the advice that Orest provided. We had two refrigerators in need of repair and he gave us some fantastic advice and efficient repair work. No surprises. Will keep you posted if anything changes. It's nice to do business with reputable repair people

I had Igor come to my house two weeks in a row. The 1st time he couldn't fix the problem bcuz of lack of access (not his fault). But, he was very personable & explained the problem.When he came back he was very quick getting it done & very helpful. Definitely recommend Igor.

I called them and gave them a part number and in less than 24 hours the part arrived at my home. If that's not quick service, then I don't know what is. My refrigerator broke a few months ago and Orest went out of his way to fix it as quickly as possible. Called company the day before Thanksgiving as my fridge had gone on the blink. They had a service man call immediately and he was on the way within the hour. The wait was long, but seeing the amount of jobs our service person has to do is understandable, plus they were inside of the call window. Concise diagnosis and quote. Part needed to be ordered for my washer was done in two days. Our service person James, was polite, thorough, and even came at 9 o'clock PM on a Friday. He could have called and rescheduled, but he kept to his word and that is all there is you need to know about him.
